Why Laser Beats the Alternatives

Plasma is fast but rough. Waterjet is clean but slow. Laser cutting splits the difference and beats both for most jobs — tight kerf, square edges, no heat distortion on most materials, and accuracy you can actually count on for tight-tolerance assemblies.

Tight Tolerance

Repeatable cuts well within hand-fabrication tolerances. Holes line up. Tabs fit slots. Brackets bolt together the first time.

Clean Edges

Smooth, square cut edges with minimal slag. Less grinding, less deburring, less time before the part is usable.

Complex Geometry

Internal cutouts, sharp internal corners, fine detail, and intricate patterns — all in a single pass with no tool changes.

One-Off Friendly

No tooling cost, no setup minimum. Cutting one part costs about the same per-part as cutting fifty.

How It Works

You don't need to be a CAD wizard. We accept files in whatever form you've got — or no file at all.

Send Us a File or a Sketch

DXF, DWG, SVG, or PDF works perfectly. No file? Send a hand-drawn sketch with dimensions and we'll digitize it for a small fee.

We Quote & Confirm

Flat per-part pricing based on material, cut length, and complexity. We confirm tolerances and material before any chips fly.

Cut, Inspect, Deliver

Parts come off the cutter, get inspected, and ship or get picked up. Need post-processing like deburring or powder coating? We do that too.

This Isn't a Job — It's Our Passion

Most cut shops want big production runs and turn away the weird stuff. We're the opposite. The one-off prototype, the obsolete bracket nobody makes anymore, the part that's "almost right" from another vendor — that's our favorite work.

Send the weird stuff. We'll figure it out.

Common Questions

What file formats do you accept?

DXF and SVG are easiest. DWG, PDF, and AI also work. If you only have a photo or sketch, send it — we can usually work from that with a small drafting fee.

What thickness can you cut?

Depends on material. Send us what you're working with and we'll confirm before quoting.

Can you cut and finish in one shop?

Yes — we cut, weld, powder coat, and engrave under one roof. You don't have to ship parts around town to three different vendors.

Minimum order?

None. We'll cut one part if that's what you need.

Got a cut list?

Send the file or a sketch with dimensions. We'll quote it fast.
